A safe harbour for your back office.
Haven Teams is part of the Crescentek group. We started it because the European firms we already work with kept telling us the same thing: they cannot hire fast enough.
From software partner to team partner.
Crescentek (Outright Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is a software development company in Kolkata, India, building e-commerce, ERP, CRM and custom platforms for clients in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the UK, Canada and the Middle East.
Haven Teams brings the same way of working to back-office roles: dedicated people, clear processes, good tools and honest reporting. In Dutch and Flemish a haven is a harbour; in English it is a safe place. That is what we want to be for your work.
Four promises we can be held to.
Safe
Data protection and confidentiality first, proven with documents, not adjectives.
Steady
The same dedicated people, a trained backup and work delivered on schedule.
Smart
AI tools make every person faster, and people check every output.
Straightforward
Clear prices, short contracts and plain language.
Try a dedicated team member for two weeks.
See the quality for yourself, on your own work, with no long-term commitment.
