Finance Desk · for accounting firms

Peak season without the late nights.

A dedicated bookkeeper who works in your software, follows your procedures and stays with your firm. You keep the client relationship and the sign-off; we handle the volume.

What your bookkeeper does

The work that fills your team's week.

  • Purchase and sales invoice processing, including scanned receipts
  • Bank reconciliation and matching
  • VAT return preparation for your review (btw-aangifte / btw-aangifte in Belgium)
  • Payroll input and supporting schedules
  • Accounts payable and receivable follow-up

Hours

Your business day, 09:00–17:30 CET

Kolkata is 4.5 hours ahead of the Netherlands and Belgium in winter, so your bookkeeper works an afternoon and evening shift that matches your day.

How we work with your firm

Your firm stays in control.

You sign off

We prepare; your accountants review and file. Tax advice and filing stay with your firm.

White-label

Your clients deal with your firm. Our team works under your procedures, templates and email signature if you wish.

Two-step quality check

Every batch is checked by your bookkeeper and sampled by our Finance Desk lead before it reaches you.

E-invoicing readiness

Help your clients move to Peppol e-invoicing.

Belgium made structured e-invoicing through Peppol mandatory for VAT-registered businesses on 1 January 2026, and other EU countries are following. Our sister company Crescentek's developers set your clients up properly.

  • Peppol access point set up
  • Webshop, ERP or invoicing tool connected
  • Invoice templates migrated and tested
Questions firms ask

Before you book a call.

Can your team read Dutch and French documents?

Yes. Our bookkeepers use approved AI translation and extraction tools for Dutch and French invoices, receipts and bank statements, and every posting is checked by a person. Client-facing emails in Dutch are drafted from your templates and reviewed before sending.

Who files the VAT return?

Your firm does. We prepare the return and the supporting reconciliation; your accountant reviews and files it.

Where is our client data stored?

In your own systems in the EU. Our team works through secure virtual desktops and cannot download, print or copy files. See Security & GDPR.

What if our bookkeeper is ill or leaves?

A trained backup who knows your procedures covers absences, and we document your processes from the first week so a handover takes days, not months.

How much does it cost?

A dedicated bookkeeper costs €1,600–2,400 a month depending on experience and hours, with a two-week pilot at half price. See Pricing.
